As part of SGA's Corporate Social Responsibility efforts the SGA Social Incubator was created to serve as a Social Sector knowledge resource hub and capacity building platform for youth volunteers and community sports interest groups.
Sustainable Volunteer Mentoring, Training & Development
At the Social Incubator mentors teams of youth volunteers and interest group committees helping them through the process of development from ideation through to the execution phases of their self initiated community service projects or the starting up of their student/youth/sports organisations.
Under the care of SGA's Social Incubator, volunteers in these project teams and committees receive training and mentoring in the following areas:

Volunteer Interest Groups
Under its care, SGA Social Incubator has several resident volunteer interest groups running various community, youth and sports programmes. These groups are ground up initiatives started and run by youth volunteers from the SGA family.
